Privacy Policy

Mac is a private workspace assistant operated by Valentin Marchuk. This policy describes its intended personal use. Last updated: 19 October 2026.

Google data and its use

With the owner's consent, Mac accesses connected Gmail messages, threads, attachments, labels and drafts; calendar lists and events; and Google Drive files and documents. It uses this access to answer requests, perform requested changes, and run instructions explicitly saved by the owner. Email sending, drafting and other changes use the selected connected account.

Processing and disclosure

Requests and relevant tool results may be sent to the configured AI service, Anthropic or OpenAI, for inference. Telegram carries messages sent through the bot. Google APIs and the Google Workspace integration handle authorized Google operations. Data may be sent to another recipient or connected service when the owner requests that action. Google data is not sold or used for advertising.

Storage

OAuth grants are stored in encrypted files on the owner's computer and server. Conversation state, requested exports, scheduled instructions and tool result journals may persist in the owner's storage; relevant requests and results may also remain in the AI provider's session storage under its applicable service policies. The assistant does not promise automatic deletion after a fixed period. Operational logs must not contain OAuth secrets or message and document contents.

Control and deletion

The owner can revoke access in Google Account → Security → Third-party connections. Revocation prevents further Google access but does not delete existing exports, journals or provider sessions. Those must be removed separately from the corresponding storage or service. For privacy questions or deletion requests, contact the operator at valentin@procai.agency.

Limited use

Mac's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs must adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is not used by the operator to train generalized AI models.
